Yes you can but you will need a foam gun as opposed to a foam lance. I've only ever used it with a lance and pressure washer so have no experience of how well it works but you can buy this one I'm sure there are others around too

You're probably better off investing in a pressure washer and the standard autobrite foam lance.

Hi Speary, My old pressure washer sometimes cuts out, and it doesn't really work on just water pressure, you need the pressure washer for proper foaming.
Buy the pressure washer then buy the AutoBrite lance with the right fitting.
