For the diesel I believe 26,000kms is ok, but I did get a call saying they would like to bring it in for an oil change and just brake fluid change, clean out the brakes and other random small things.

Then I told them I sold my diesel and bought a new evoque and that was that.

But I'd say take it in to get an oil change...

When I sent mine in they checked the ecu for any faults checked all suspension components and fixed a rattle in the tailgate etc, I presume that if their was any updates they would of done that at the same time.

btw, did they do any ECU or other software upgrades when it went in for service??

When mine went in, i asked if their were any software updates to perform, and after checking, they said their were'nt any.

Does anyone know about the free corporate service plan?
The 1st scheduled service is 26,000Km/12months... can I book a service anytime and it will still be free? or is it only the scheduled services that are free?

There are no problems with my car... but i guess for peace of mind i woudn't mind taking it in for an early service..

I have the corp servicing and my dealer said the scheduled services are annually. However, they did say to bring the car in for service every 6months as its covered in the corp service anyways so to take advantage of it.

Can someone check the log books to see if there are slots for 6months service?

RE: RRE SERVICE - MPK - 30-08-2012 09:38am

Neo, there doesn't appear to be a page/slot for the 6 month service, each service needs to be stamped with the kms interval.

I got mine serviced at 6 months and i didn't get a stamp. Did others who got the 6 months get their log books stamped?

RE: RRE SERVICE - benzina - 30-08-2012 09:59am

Yup, i got 6 months, and had the logbook stamped for it, stating the date and kms covered.
Maybe they forgot for you,but you want proof and history value for all your upkeep, so i would take it back to them and get them to stamped for 6 months.

Hi mate, out of curiosity how much were you charged. Mine is in there today and almost fell out the chair when he said $537 for the 6 month service including the oil change and filter
