I am having the same issue with my SD4, built 20 Dec. I guess a call to the dealer is needed!

Keep us updated on the outcome, shared knowledge will help solve this one for us all.

It looks like late December SD4 Autos are impacted.

I have noticed mine has started to do this, but mine is a manual.

This is new information, so it may be engine not transmission related. Suggest you report it to main dealer.

Is yours an SD4 auto too?

Was it built in mid December? Mine was completed 19 December.

I am wondering if all the cars with this symptom had. Similar build time. Alex's was delivered just few days before mine.

It is a November built SD4 Auto.

Took my car finally to our dealer regarding this fault and they couldn't find anything wrong with it (typical). They spoke with Land Rover Technical and they told me they were not aware of any issues regarding my complaint. In the end they reinstalled the software and said to come back if it is still a problem.

If anyone has had a different response from their dealers please let me know..

Alex

I am waiting for a software update, but I will not hold my breath........

In the meantime I might ask them to raise the tick over. Although curiously my car did not have rough idle today,
I can only attribute that to it being 10 deg C, warmer than usual?

It took a year for Land Rover to come out with a software update for my prior TDV8.

Mine is going to the dealers tomorrow for the issue to be looked at. DP thought this might also be one of the issue why I was getting low fuel consumption.

ahhhh! when I picked my car up and in the first week.. I could feel it very very slightly... didn't bug me at all.

1200kms in and was waiting to get into a parking lot today and my god it was extremely extremely annoying.

Going to the dealer tomorrow afternoon and telling him about it... it doesn't happen all the time but when it does its extremely annoying now and can feel it a lot more compared to a few days after I picked it up.

car was built 14th December... it is a TD4 though.

if I put it into neutral it all goes away but I don't want to have to do that at EVERY traffic light and EVERY time I stop. May have something to do with the car being in D so wanting to go forward but cause of the brake is halted...

it is becoming quite annoying now. Sad

Interesting point about doing it in drive with foot on brake as mine didn't do it in park at the lights but only in drive. However since they reinstalled the software last week (not an update but reinstalled) the problem has ceased. Although its only been a week.
