Hallo, my name is Reto from germany
I have ordered an evoque (delivery is in the early 2012) with 18" wheels for winter tires.In the summertime i want to chance to 20" or 22" wheels. Maybe aftermarket.
Do you know wich bold pattern has the evoque? 5x120 or 5x108. I habe read both and am a little bit confused.
Is the bold pattern different with different engine sizes???

My confusion grows because a big uk wheel dealer says he is 100% sure that the new evoque has 5x108 pcd.
A friend of mine had a look on his 20" original wheels and they are 5x120.
DIffernent pcd for different markets (germany / uk)???

My understanding is they are the same as the Freelander 2, therefore 5 x 108.
Tthe 5 x 120 relates to the FFRR, and the RRS. This is maybe where the confusion has been created.
easiest way to find out is if you know anyone with an FL 2 and swap one wheel and see if you can fit it.

The Evoque has definetly 5x108.

And what is original 20'' rim width? 8, 8.5 or 9 inches? J tyre mount?

It's 5x108, 8" wide, 45 (ET) offset.
The one on eBay, I think the seller is confused or just want to confuse others.
Best is when you get the car , take off one of the wheel and confirm the size. Your stealer can help you with this as well (if you have not paid him yet).

IIRC it is also given in the technical section of the on-line Owner's manual in Topix

Above is correct....bolt pattern 5x108. I went with 20x8.5.
