no sound from Radio, CD and bluetooth music, but TV and phone working

Hi all,

I have a 2012 Evoque 2.2 TD4 in Bangkok.
After I had been using the car in the morning without any problem, I discovered that I have an issue with the sound after I returned to the car after 1 hours: the infotainment system and the touch screen appears to work properly, however, there is no sound when selecting the radio or "My music" via Bluetooth. There is also no sound from a playing CD. Strangely, the TV receiver works and the phone Bluetooth phone function works without any problem, with full sound, so the speaker system works.

did anybody every experience this problem?
Does the system need a reset? if yes how to do it?
why wound I have this problem in the first place ?

many thanks for some feedback.

Disconnect the battery for a few minutes and all will be ok after reconnecting the battery Wink

That happened to mine once to, but after switching the engine off and on again seem to resolve the issue. Not seen it since I've had my car 2 and half years now.
