I did mine and my daughters through the General-Software update and they were fine, and then her boyfriend asked if i would do his as well, but when the download was near completion it said failed!!

So i connected his iPhone via USB lead to my iMac and restored through iTunes and all was ok.

Is your iPhone working as normal, i.e. iOS 6 is installed and all ok apart from Bluetooth issues?

(Your router can either be wireless or cabled it makes no dif..) sorry just read.

Now I'm worried. I tried to connect the phone to my dad's Evoque this morning. Everything works perfectly!
Is there a way to reset the whole system and start over?

This proves that the upgrade is working ok, as it works fine in your dads car.

Your problem is that your car and iPhone are not talking to one another..Laughing

What i would try first is to delete your iPhone details from your car menu settings, and then pair it again and retry.

I've done that a few times. Figured if I can restore the entire system in the car to factory settings. Do not know if it is possible to pull out the fuse for the audio system and put it in again?

Why not send Pete a Pm (forum sponsor) @ bell-auto-services and see what he thinks about this problem.

Hope it's sorted soon.

RE: iOS 6 Bluetooth problem.

Just got my iphone5 and it paired with no problems. My 4s with updated ios6 had not problems pairing the last 2 days. No problems with my MBs either. Having problems pairing with my Jag XKR though. Tried twice and wouldn't pair. Will have to try again later today.
