What to watch out for

I'm sure this has been covered before so apologies in advance...

Picking up my car at the end of April and was wondering what potential issues to watch out for, I have noticed a few issues with cars like saggy leather seats, rattle on tailgates, alarms doing whatever it likes. But is there a concise list of known faults.
