Lots of good products out there - Leather should only really need a wipe down unless its a light colour and then will need an occasional clean and condition

depends on the effort you want to put in - there are some very good cleanse wipes around upto full kits -

try the likes of Dr leather, LTT, Furniture clinic and Gliptone to name a few companies

My car will have ivory leather and I'm worried that it may get stained particularly I beleive by blue jeans.
Can anybody out there reccommend a product that will protect against this type of staining, or if protection is not possible what can I use to remove staining if it occurs?
