18" Genuine Evoque or FL2 Alloy Wheels

Hi,

Thinking ahead this year to winter (which judging from the summer so far has never really left us). I'm looking for 4 genuine/oem 18" wheels only (either Evoque or Freelander 2) that I'll fit winter tyres on later this year. New/nearly new or used but unmarked please. Please PM me if you have anything suitable.

Thanks!

Arrived 16 December 2011: Prestige SD4 auto 5dr in OG with Adaptive Dynamics, Adaptive Xenons, Surround Cameras, Auto Dimming Rearview, Grey Oak Wood, Spare Wheel and Powered Tailgate.

IKD, ask if your dealer has any from upgraded cars -often buyers ask for dealer fitted wheels and drive off not realising they have paid for two sets, dealers are left with lts of unwanted alloys to get rid of. Beware though some dealers try to pass them off as full price new accessory rims......................

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

16" a tad too small, 17" would work, but 18" just a personal preference as they could be on for around 6mths of the year in Aberdeenshire. Looking at fleabay as well.

I know someone who swears by the 16" wheels in the winter on his Evoque! Reckons they are a smaller tyre, but give a better grip and traction.

Cheers, good to know. We have 18" winter on Freelander and that's also worked well for the past few years. And after 6 years in Norway I guess I'm used to what I'm used to winter size wise. Everyone to their own.
