Traffic Sign Detection

Hi everyone,
Last week I took delivery of a MY16 Evoque HSE TD4 180. My first JLR car.
I'm sure you want to know what specs I have, LED headlights, pano roof, heated seats, InControl Apps and the parking pack.
In Australia there was no option for the traffic sign detection system, or at least none that I was made aware of.
My question to you all is, since it is dependent on the LDW camera, is it a feature that can be enable at a later by accessing the car's programming through the OBD port?
I've come from a Golf GTI and many extra features were able to be enable or tweeted using VCDS.
I'd love to some input if there is a similar software option for Land Rovers that gives you access to extra features that may be region dependent.
