My Salesman's Jumped Ship

Was wondering why I wasn't getting any response to my emails or any invitations to the Driving Events or Dealer Launch, turns out my salesman has gone elsewhere, when and where I do not know nor whether he jumped or was pushed. Clearly didn't do a handover so who knows.

So had someone new on the phone today asking me to confirm spec. He says I'm still on for 17 Nov (will go for 1/12 registration and handover as I have a full Nov) so need to just reconfirm what I want.
