"The Collector" - New Land Rover USA commercial

Land Rover USA just released this commercial during a college football game.

According to their spokesperson "in order to reach more male consumers".

I'm particularly biased regarding the Evoque's color... Wink

I spotted that on yt last night didnt know it was new. Funny the way he throws it in the back. If that was me when i got home it would be smashed to smithereens.

So the 2013 RRE, doesn't get the LR badge on the front grille. SurprisedWink

Perhaps LR USA agrees with those of us that believe the front grille looks better without the LR badge? Cool

I bet they used a 2012MY Press car rather than take some poor customer's order and give it that rattle test.....
A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

My 2013 Dynamic has the Land Rover badge on the grill.

Isn't the small LR badge on the grille the ONLY way to differentiate between a 2012 and a 2013?

No offense to 2013 owners, but I personally believe the Evoque looks better WITHOUT the LR badge on the grille... much cleaner look. As always, it's really just a matter of personal taste.

The lack of the lip on the dynamic(as hardly anyone knows about it, hence would not know its an option). In the US if you see no pano its a '13.

Kids left in the back of the '12 coupe at any shop, as the seat takes longer to move than to do the shopping. Smile

Other changes were Offroad now in navigation, 19" wheels changed on prem and roof contrast colours opened up.

Thats all i can think of.

I agree about the badge also. When i asked my dealer about changes for the 2013 he said no! Nothing has changed it is exactly the same. As the bulletin for the changes was july i should use that with his comment to demand my missing spoiler. Smile
