RE: Temperamental Tailgate

I have had it happen twice now. First time a couple of months ago. Second time yesterday. On both occasions closed the hatch manually by pulling it down by hand, then re opened and closed on the buttons as normal as if nothing had happened.

RE: Temperamental Tailgate

I've had this refusing to close once, where I had to pull it manually, after closing and the usual full reset was fine again.

The detection for hitting something will likely be in monitoring the motors as thier current will change with resistance to moving freely, so aborting the close and beeping may indicate its a bit sticky and is tripping this safety control. Havent noticed any other sensors to detect this.
