In Control Software Update

Hi,

I have read a number of posts including the thread on RRSport forum.

I am looking at a '66' plate Evoque HSE Dynamic Lux that has the 10" Incontrol Touch with connect pro pack.

How can I tell for sure if this can be upgraded to the 19A2 software with Apple Car Play. This is not about the pros / cons of having ACP, it is just about being able to confidently tell before I buy the car, that it is capable of taking the software update.

Many thanks

Kenny

RE: In Control Software Update

The guys on RRS say that you cannot upgrade thec2016 or earlier to ACP there is a change of In Control hardware between 2016 and 2019

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.
