Sat nav issue with no voice control

Hello all,

So after a month of owning my 2011 dynamic the sat nav voice guidance is not working. Just says please refer to maps when I turn it on. Plus it does not recalculate the route. Have tried resetting and restoring and nothing. It was service 1 month ago so not sure what the issue is? Any help is greatly appreciated.
