Sale value

Can anyone advise of a fair selling price for the following car. I have recently returned from Afghanistan and need to sell the car for financial reasons.

I purchased the following car in Jan 2012:

Range Rover Evoque 2.2 SD Dynamic 5 dr
Colour - Orkney Grey
Transmission - Auto
Ivory / Lunar leather
Bi Xenon lights
HDD Sat nav
Alloy chrome Shadow - Style 7
Fixed panoramic roof
Key-less entry
Privacy glass
Interior Auto dim mirror


The car has 5600 miles and is in immaculate condition.

A dealer would probably offer you about £5k less than list but if you browse the classifieds on ebay/autotrader you'll get a feel - should be within 1-2k of what you paid for it. Thats a very nice spec and if you can try to sell it privately.

If it has the LUX pack probably about £42K, though I have been told the Si4 petrol versions are sought after abroad & are fetching higher prices hence why I have advertised mine lol.
Came Home On 02/03/13 Pure Tech In Barolo Black/Cirrus Trim with Bespoke Firenze Ascents + Numerous Factory Options!!

Rover 25GSi - 2005 Everyday Car.
MG ZR-Express Van - 2005 Special Factory Order (Literally a one off).
MG Montego 2.0i - 1990 Shows/Sunny Days.

My dealer just offered me 38k trade in against 1 year old RRS. Original price of my car was 39, 665 (Dynamic Si4), registered April 2012 with 8,500 miles on the clock

with that spec should sell within £2k of curent list price, but only selling private. Dealers want to try and make £2-3k profit on used if not more.
Now Sold: 5dr Pure SD4 Man / Fuji White / Pano Roof / Tech Park / Style 6 Alloys / Privacy Glass / Xenons / Black H'lining / Power Fold Door Mirrors / Power Tailgate / Carpet Mats / Front Fogs.

Arrived 16 December 2011: Prestige SD4 auto 5dr in OG with Adaptive Dynamics, Adaptive Xenons, Surround Cameras, Auto Dimming Rearview, Grey Oak Wood, Spare Wheel and Powered Tailgate.

Joining 2010 Freelander XS Td4e in Stornoway Grey (we like Grey!)

Is it a right hand drive car, and are there any Tax issues?

Tax free as long as hes had it longer than I month if I recall the rules from when I was in Germany............
Had a Pure TD4, Fuji White - now have Dynamic SD4, Fuji White 9 Speed auto with Verve Interior - let the new project begin!

My Dynamic Lux is up for grabs if there are any takers, currently on 4700 miles. Price is as close to March 2012 list as poss.

Griff469, I asked because I thought it was 12 months, there again I left in 06, and rules change I guess.
