I watched your video and want to do exactly the same thing. I have only a reversing camer so I will need the Fakra switch or can I connect directly into the rear of the head unit. Will this work without a switch? Do I have to set some secret hidden video selection?

Which Model do you have? I know that one person in our german forum didn't get a signal in a 2015 Evoque.

Hi I have the TD4 series. I have the SAT NAV / GPS and the 10 disk CD player and full Meridian audio, but only one camera for reverse.
I was thinking I could use another video input on the rear of the head unit but I don't know if they have to be activated somehow??
It appears I can select the camera (reverse) while driving via the camera selection menu, so with the Fakra switch I should also be able to view my iphone while driving without the modification kit mentioned elsewhere.

Which building date is you car? The fakra switch is correct.

My build date was Feb 2015 so the newest model so far.

Is it the case where this no longer works on the latest model?
