I have talked to a couple local audio shops and from what I have heard, you cannot use the factory head unit with aftermarket amps. Would you mind sharing how you achieved this?

Also curious if you know the specs on the OEM head unit, like the those specs that affect the quality of the output. Do they have pre-outs or are you wiring directly into the harness?
