Road noise caused by tires

My 2012 RRE Si4 Coupe have a serious road noise caused by the tires. The local Land Rover agent verified this and the tires were checked by a tire specialist claiming that mechanical damage was the cause leaving the two rear tires with visible uneven and rough edges on both the rear tires, on the inside. The mileage is on 33 000 kms and there are still a fair amount of thread left. The front tires are worn and are close to the thread indicators. This still under investigation by Land Rover South Africa. My question is: are there perhaps anyone else experience this with their great RRE?
The tires mentioned here is Continental CrossContact UHP 245/45R20

2012 2.0L Si4 Coupe, Fuji White, Dynamic Plus.
