It is a wrist band that allows you to leave the keyfob inside the car while you are having fun in the great outdoors

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

Is that meant for the Discovery only, or...?

Anyone tried that please? I checked with one of the experts and he confirmed that theoretically (he never tried) you need new KVM (HPLA) instead of the FK72 and may be new BCM. The issue could be that all of these new ECUs might not work with the rest of the ECUs installed in the car.

if anyone finds a way to do, i would appreciate if you can tell me about it.

Thé key fob and the security system is manufactured by premo group

I just keep my fob on a carabiner with all my other keys. If I go hiking or for a run, I'll just take the fob and leave the rest behind. But I like the 'coolness' of the activity key...
If you change BCM, it would have to be VIN coded to the car. Unsure of compatibility with the other modules.
