Q: Is it (a) possible & (b) economic to convert a RH drive Evoque Dynamic 2013 to LH drive ?

I doubt it! everything from Dash to Steering rack to wiring loom will need to be changed, probably even parts like the bulk head would need to be changed.

Just buy a LHD model it'll be easier cheaper and more reliable afterwards.

The underlying thought behind my post was that I need (ideally) a 4x4 double cab pick-up in Majorca Toyota or equiv. Searched the internet right across Spain but their secondhand prices seemed extraordinarily high, so thought as I had this baby from new, explore the option, which now looks a non-option !!
