Land Wind is why this week Jerry McGovern announced that in future Land Rover will no longer be building and showing concept cars at car shows. JLR tried unsuccessfully, as did BMW and Audi, to sue Land Wind and its co-copiers in the Chinese Courts for stealing their intellectual property. Chinese judges threw the cases out claiming that the cars were in no way alike......... and as they were only for sale in China it didn’t matter anyway. I believe that Rolls Royce never even got as far as the courts, they decided that after the BMW/Mini cases it wasn’t worth the cost pursuing the case of the copied Rolls Royce Phantoms

Maybe it is time for BMW, Audi and Land Rover to copy the Chinese prices. Interest in replica's will be gone in a second...
