Slight slip today where dealer commented that the Japan situation may affect production of existing cars and possibly the Evoque !? Let's hope not.

Already Honda and Nissan in this country have gone to reduced production. This is where concentrating parts production in one place really shows it's shortcomings - 40 years ago we had a huge car components industry that could probably have taken up the slack but now these Japanese companies use sub-contractors in Japan and ship parts around the world cheaper...................

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.
