Jacking Points and stand Placements

I am about to replace the rear discs and pads on my 2014 Evoque Dynamic. Whilst i know were to place jack i am wondering were to place axle stand whilst jack is in place. Also is it possible to raise rear in order to do with wheels or must i do one side at a time. Thanks in advance for any help
