I have an HUGE question about my meridian system

I purchased a Dynamic plus in Taiwan as well. I've asked my dealer the same question and it turns out that both H.D.D and video function is not available in Taiwan due to local regulations.

I suggest to check topix, there is indicated audio sistem you have

I DO see some guys having their 5D Dynamic Plus with H.D.D and DVD

I guess there are few kinds of "Standard equipment" in Taiwan
And the things that bothers me most isn't that I don't get the H.D.D or DVD player
It's the ZERO discount that I hate the most....
The salesman just take advantage on the passion that you have toward this vehicle
and makes the most profit from you

Just get my hands on iPOD classic 160GB with applelossless media format in past few days
I am happy with what I get now

FYI : we paid around 120K of USD or 80K of pounds to put our names on the waiting list and get our hands on Evoque six months after
The overprices is mostly comes from the tax that we paid to our government
So....you are looking at two patriots here

Maxi, interesting seeing the screen shots of the monitor from TLRC forum. I will be sending those pics to my sales and sees what he says.

Is it possible to upgrade the system ?

I'm sure it would be if you were prepared to pay the doubtlessly huge cost. Remember it isn't "just" a head unit, there are additional Meridian functions in the 825W system and quite a few additional speakers to take advantage of the upgraded system.
Why would you want to upgrade? The 380w Meridian system on the Evoque is a pretty good system especially designed by Meridan to work well in the car.

Log onto TOPIX (its free), enter your chassis number and it will tell you the complete spec of the car including when it was built. That will tell you all you need to know.

If you have speakers on the 2 rear parcel shelf side panels, you have the 825w system.
