Fog light surround cover

I have a 2015 Evoque Dynamic and looking to black out the fog light surround inset on the bumper and could only imagine there is something out there I could buy that would do this? Otherwise, I will have to have it done with gloss black vinyl.

Anyone have any ideas or have seen something that can do this? I have seen the Autobiography has something close to a complete cover but is pretty pricey and is said not to fit the Dynamic.

Here's a pic of exactly the area I am looking to black out: https://www.dropbox.com/s/9l84fp36840p8z...d.jpg?dl=0

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

RE: Fog light surround cover

Just this evening a post has come up on RRSport.co.uk in the L494 General section about exactly this and the OP there posted a link to a Chinese company on e-Bay
For the RRS2 equivalent - don't know if they will fit but might be worth a try and if they don't you can always try selling them again.... £37 for a set isn't cheap but then it is also probably a lot less than your friendly LR dealership will charge you.
