Exterior lower sill trim

I have a Pure (in touching distance now I know the build date) and would like to know how easy it woul dbe to swap the "Brunel" sill inserts for "atlas" ones from the Prestige?

Do they pop out or does one have to buy the complete black plastic surround as well? Part number and prices would be a help.
