Seat belt buckle catches on B pillar

One annoying feature of my Evoque is that the buckle rests in the narrowest point between the side of the seat back and the B pillar. Every time I get in the car and reach to pull the belt across my body the buckle catches and scratches the plastic cover of the B pillar.


Bought a new seat belt 'button' on eBay and fitted it above the OEM one and the problem is solved.



Buckle now hangs in the wide gap between seat and pillar
