I kid you not, when you mentioned 'perpendicular' I could only think of vertically so......maybe some way of getting into a very small parking space!Laughing

RE: Delivery Delays

Hey all,

Just had the delivery date for mine pushed back from start of Jan to Feb/Mar.

Quite frustrating, I'm sure many people are getting the same but wanted to check I wasn't being pushed back further than everyone else! All for waiting in line if there are genuine delays but will prod my dealer (who is very mute on the topic) harder if others are getting results!

Car is SD4 Dynmaic Auto.

Saw a 63 plate Beckham special this morning but only from the back so couldn't see the mirrors to figure out if it was a my14.

Thanks,

Luke

RE: Delivery Delays

As far as I'm aware the only MY14 on the roads at the moment are press cars and LR vehicles. There are also quite a few LR vehicles with 63 plates which are MY13. Should start to see delivery to customers in the next few days but I think there have been a number of issues which have resulted in planned delivery dates being pushed to the right.

RE: Delivery Delays

Thanks for confirming. Hopefully things will get rolling again soon, might hold off for a "14" plate if they talk end Feb.

Cheers,

Luke

Delivery Delays

I did a test drive today at HGG and they quoted a late February build date with registration and delivery in early March to get the new plates.

Hi, just to let you all know I saw a transporter full of my14 Evoques heading south bound on the m5 this afternoon.

RE: Delivery Delays

That seems a bit wrong when I ordered mine c.2 months ago and have been told the same timeframe!

Different dealerships have different build allocations therefore will have different build dates.

Most people on here who ordered c 2 months a go seem to have secured November builds dates except when specced with options like Incontrol remote & security which will cause your build to be pushed back to feb because it's not yet ready.

I ordered my second Evoque last week and have been given an early Jan build date.

Somewhere in the North Sea.

RE: Delivery Delays

No need to rub it in Wink

Spec is Dynamic with Black roof and pan roof so no fancy options.

Worth a call I think, they may have sold way more than their allocation but it's a fairly big dealership (Reading) so I'm surprised their lead time differs so markedly to others.

Should add that originally we were told end dec delivery but just recently it was pushed back
