DRIVING DAYS!

Just received an email in relation to the upcoming driving days (at last, we get to drive the thing).

Number to call is 0800 655 6140.

They run from 21 July to the end of September around the country. I'm not sure of the exact locations, but I already knew from my dealer that the very first event is at Stow-on-the-Wold.

I'm booked into the Stow event on 23 July. Details and itinerary apparently to follow nearer the time but, from what they've told me, there are two slots, each lasting around 4 hours - no indication of how many people can join each slot.

RE: DRIVING DAYS!

I got the call yesterday evening and was told my dealer would contact me about the event. They have done so this morning but just to confirm a change in paint colour.

RE: DRIVING DAYS!

Cheers for that

Rang the booking line and got Newbury on 11th Sept

There are 12 events from July, starting furthest north in Aberdeen and working south until September. In the south there was Newbury, London and Southampton (sorry didn't catch the middle locations)

Event lasts 4 hours where you get to test drive on and off road with a presentation and buffet lunch. Each location is on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and 4 times each day.

Email confirmation to follow in next 48 hours and full details in the post nearer the time.

Edit. Was told wrong about starting north and coming south as Stow is the first one!!

Decided to change to Stow as no further to drive and two months earlier. Days and times differ with each location. Looking forward to this one

RE: DRIVING DAYS!

Charlie - that's why I went for Stowe also. I'm in London so Westfield event obviously the closest, but I couldn't wait that long!

RE: DRIVING DAYS!

The one in London is in Westfield carpark...so I booked for Stow too. Don't want to spend 4 hours in a car park.
