Corris Grey on Order for Late March, and hello!

Thought I'd say hello over here and introduce myself Smile

I'm Lucy and the Evoque will be owned by my partner, Steve.

Both of us have driven Landies before. I learnt to drive in my parents Defender:

when I was this big:

My parents still have it (I'm 30 now, so we've had it many years lol).

Steve has had 3 Discoverys before I lured him to the Dark Side and he's had his 2006 VW Transporter from new.

He's also got 'Ernie' a 1958 Series One which he restored:

Soooo..... the Evoque! Well he ordered it in November and it should arrive in late March. The spec is as follows:

Corris Grey Pure manual
Pan Roof
Privacy Glass
20in Silver 504 Alloys
Heated Steering Wheel
Black leather
Ebony Morzine Headline
Front Fogs
Rear climate control vents
Space Saver Spare
Power Fold Mirrors
Xenon Headlamps

I've also ordered a private plate for it Very Happy

It'll look very much like this:

Less than 100 days to go lol

Cheers

I think black wheels probably would suit it quite well - can't spec them on the Pure though. I'm sure he could get them powdercoated if he wanted to later on though.

I thought it was about time he had a private plate - I have 3, one on each of my Beetles.... I think I might have a problem lol.

Yeah Corris looks like a lovely colour. Not seen it on an Evoque in the flesh but looks great on the other models and on Evoques in the pictures we've seen.

+1 on Corris Grey, our current pick. We are looking at the contrasting black roof, privacy glass and the shadow chrome wheels.
