RE: Colours?

I think I'm going to have to see if I can do a Halewood Home of the Legend day out sometime soon, just to see an Evoque in the flesh!

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

I was VERY lucky as I happened to be there when the "London Event" cars were going through. The next big production run is for the cars for the world launch - in May sometime. Liaise with the person who runs the Factory Tours she is very helpful. A very interesting and enjoyable day out - you may even be able to drive the Evoque on the off-road course in May.

Yes about 3 (Colima Lime.... no dark green) , they look great.

The Lime looks like it has a lot of yellow in it, and not much green. Would that be a fair description? Is it attention grabbing or a bit ho-hum? Does it sit well with the shape of the car?

Yes I would say thats a very good description of the colour.

It's very striking - mainly because very few cars are this colour - also it does show off the lines of the car - which are themselves striking. All the Colima Lime cars were Dynamics with black roofs - if I was more daring I would go for it. It suits the car well.

I really like the style 2 pattern. Shame they are only 18". IMO the 19" wheels look the best size; the 20" look a bit under tyred.
