Cargo net HUGE price difference between these two part #'s

So EOO500010PVJ is only $15 (cargo net)
And VUB503130 is rentention cargo net

The only thing is I think that VUB503130 comes with ratchet straps but who needs that in the boot / trunk?

I don't understand the price hike... All I'm looking for is a rear cargo net that comes with the hooks to attach to the floor.
