Fortunately we had a video camera in the car and the wife managed to capture the fault lights on the instrument panel, car in 'D' drive, mph reading '0' zero and the revs at 2k - get out of that!.

Too late, they had that one in 2012 didn't they? Scillian Lemon special edition.....................

A Pangea Green New Defender 110 First Edition is now sitting on my drive alongside British Racing Green Electric Mini Cooper SE Level 3. After 21 years in my hands my TDI300 90 was handed on to the next custodian on 15 July 2022.

Was thinking of a pure lemon yellow complete with peel effect instead of metalic, just like a Morris Marina from the 1970's with build quality and dealer service to match.

I know this does not help - but did you expect anything less?.

The only thing I now want to hear from my dealer is 'your money had been refunded in full to your bank account and please post us the signed V5 document'. Oh, and sorry for all the agro, might help.
